What's the difference between UserControl and User Control?
I've seen the User Control and also User Control
What's the difference between them?

The User Control is a first level of the inheritance (SubControl). So you have your own Control called UserControl and you can inherit from it to add some properties or other methods to do something more specific to your need.
Note that it is the same for a User Control and User Control, they are not the same.

This is interesting, but not new. I remember reading about this, maybe a
while back. Do any chess players do this? I don't know any myself, but I've
always wondered if that would be a strategy worth employing?

I remember reading a book on chess psychology. The author of that book
suggested that a calm mind helps to have a better play.
